Arielle Wolf-Main

In the past year at Design Bar, the incubator for Skyhouse Collective, Arielle worked to build and scale the purchasing department, developed procurement processes, and led project management across teams, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work. Often described as a "chaos coordinator," she thrives in turning moving parts into seamless, functional systems

Before joining Design Bar and Skyhouse Collective, Arielle spent years as an AP high school English teacher, where she led both the student government and journalism programs. Those roles sharpened her love of clear communication, structured systems, juggling multiple demands, and guiding ideas from concept to execution.. 

Arielle lives in Bend, Oregon, with her high school sweetheart, two kids, and what can only be described as a small animal kingdom: Ducky the miniature long-haired dachshund, Butter the Irish Golden, and three cats, Finn, Kiki, and Lucy.

Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking or running local trails, sweating through OrangeTheory classes with colleagues, or enjoying great wine and delicious food with the people she loves most.
